A small studio with products of its own.
Pixel & Process is Florian Wartner and Iryna Sokolova. We build software we need ourselves, and we help others where we really know our stuff.
Florian Wartner
Founder, managing director. Software and infrastructure.
Iryna Sokolova
Founder. Marketing, content and brand.
How it all began
Iryna grew up in Ukraine and worked in marketing there for years, in agencies, start-ups and international teams. She came to Germany in 2022. Florian comes from IT: processes, systems and infrastructure.
They met by chance on Instagram: Florian's favourite café had shared a story, and the post was Iryna's. A few meetings turned into a friendship, and the friendship into a company.
Pixel & Process started out as an agency. Over time, the tools we built for clients and for ourselves turned into products of their own. Today we focus on those products and on the development projects that truly suit us.
