What it's about

Most teams stitch their customer contact together from five tools: a form tool, a survey tool, a booking calendar, a link shortener and a spreadsheet somewhere that is supposed to catch it all. Formspring replaces that patchwork with one workspace.

Twelve apps share one inbox, one contact list and one set of automation rules. A form response, a booking and an NPS rating land in the same inbox, with status, ownership and an AI summary across all responses.

Responses and uploads are stored and processed on European infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. No trackers, and you can export or delete your workspace at any time.

Responses and uploads are stored and processed on European infrastructure. Formspring is built and hosted in Germany.

Is there a free plan that lasts?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes 50 submissions per month, passkeys and two-factor login.

Can I connect Formspring to my tools?

Yes, through webhooks, the API and ready-made integrations such as Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make and n8n.

Does Formspring work with AI assistants?

Yes. With the hosted MCP server and official plugins for Cursor and Claude Code, you can create forms and analyze submissions without leaving your editor.

Can I take my data with me?
