We are Pixel & Process.

Sometimes a good coffee and an Instagram post are enough to bring two people together. That's how it was with Iryna and Florian – the founders of Pixel & Process.

Iryna grew up in Ukraine, studied there and worked in marketing for many years – in agencies, start-ups, in an international environment. When she came to Germany in 2022, it was a change on many levels. New language, new environment, but the same eye for strong brands and clear communication.

Florian comes from IT – deep into processes, systems and structure. Two worlds, you might think. But in the best sense: While Iryna thinks strategically, works visually and picks up customers through language, Florian ensures that everything runs cleanly, safely and scalably in the background.

The two met over a year ago, quite by chance via Instagram. Florian's favorite café had shared a story – the original post was from Iryna. Something about it appealed to him. Shortly after, the first meeting followed, quite relaxed with a few other people. It didn't stay at one evening. Occasional rounds became regular meetings – and from that an honest, deep friendship.

Both have often experienced in their professions what causes projects to fail – unclear briefings, poor communication, too much ego, too little structure. And both knew: it can be done better.

So they founded Pixel & Process – out of friendship, mutual respect and the desire to create real solutions. Clear in thinking, strong in design, clean in process.

And yes: coffee is still part of it.
